Electricity Monitors are Really Simple to Install and Use

We have created a video guide to help you with installation, or you can follow the simple diagrams in the Quick Start Guide provided with every Electricity Monitor.

To begin, unpack the three main components from the packaging (please remember to recycle the packaging after use).

  • Please insert AA batteries (included) in the transmitter first and then the display unit.
  • Locate your electricity meter and clip the sensor to the live incoming mains cable, between the meter and fusebox. The sensor does not make an electrical connection and will not damage or break the cable.
  • Attach the sensor to the transmitter, then press the check button on the transmitter. Normally both the sensor and the transmitter can be housed in your meter box or cupboard.
  • The display unit will now synchronise with the transmitter and you are ready to monitor your electricity usage from anywhere in your home.

This installation procedure should only take a few minutes.
